Dear Brian and Jason:
First of all, Brian is doing a tremendous service to all that will listen and follow his instruction, it will work, and work well!
Second, this is for Jason and any other "newfer", newbie" or "rookie" that is out there and has a little desire and may be a "little" scared or nervous! 28 years ago I was just like all of you, Hell, I was afraid to use the telephone, afraid to knock on doors and almost to scared to talk straight!
But you now what? I had a GREAT desire to succeed, I wanted to become successful in the real estate business...at a very early age I was hooked on this business....it's a pull that's worse then any drug. Any way, I overcame all of those fears, by practicing in front of mirrors, in front of my wife (who's lips were VERY distracting!) and most of all, practicing, practicing and practicing in front of a mirror, every evening, and every chance I had. I rehearsed every objection I could possibly think of and then some.
Eventually my fear turned to desire the desire turned into motivation and the motivation turned into some serious money....key word being serious money. Over the years I've earned a lot of awards in real estate and am very happy with my life right now. I accomplished all of this because of the One who makes us stronger then we can be ourselves. People, I owe everything I ever accomlished in real estate to God. It really does help to pray and believe that Jesus gave it up for all of us. Try some kneemail, it works!
